Using DropBox to save files

Dropbox is a web-based file hosting service. Dropbox allows users to easily store and share files and folders with a number of computers (Mac, PC, Linux, iOS) at the same time. The files and folders with Dropbox are automatically synchronized so each computer as an identical copy. Currently the Dropbox service is free for the first 2GB of storage. From the Toolbar on the Graphics page, the data can be uploaded to Dropbox in a number of different formats.

The first time you press the upload to dropbox icon on the toolbar, you will be asked to log into your dropbox account.

After logging into Dropbox, from the Dropbox icon on the toolbar the user has a number of options (right bottom):

Graph & Results as pdf: Both the graph and data output are uploaded in one PDF file.

Graph as pdf: The graph is uploaded as a PDF file.

Graph as png: The graph is uploaded as a PNG file.

Data as text: The data is uploaded as a text file.

Cancel: Cancels this mode.
